• Guest Pass Antholzertal: enjoy free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol

• If you plan to arrive by public transport, let us know and we can send you the pass in advance, allowing you to use buses and trains for free from the South Tyrol border. Simply tell us in your enquiry form, by phone or by email.

• Pick-up service: if you're arriving by public transport, we can arrange a pick-up service from Olang train station or the Antholz Obertal bus stop upon request. Please let us know when you would like to be picked up a few days before your arrival.

• Small wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin.

• Only for guests in our traditional accommodations: Breakfast buffet included (guests in the new apartment house can book this service as an optional extra).

• Farm with Norikers, a specific breed of horse, and cows.

• Restored mill for your enjoyment.

• Deposit for your equipment like bikes, skis or whatever you will bring with you (with cleaning possibilities).

• Linen and cleaning: Simply ask at the reception and we will provide you with new linens (for you to change). For a longer stay, we charge € 50.00 for an intermediate clean and complete change of linens.

hochbrunn offers a total of 8 cozy traditional rooms (6 double rooms, 2 triple rooms), 4 traditional apartments (40 m² for 2–4 people) within the historic structure, and 8 new apartments (60 m² for 2–5 people) in the new building.

Modern apartments

• Fully equipped designer kitchen: includes cutlery, dishes, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave and coffee machine.

• Living area: with dining area, pull-out double sofa bed, and TV.

• Two separate bedrooms: 1 x super king-size box spring bed (1.90 x 2.00 m), 1 x double box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m).

• Baby bed and high chair: available upon request.

• Bathroom: with designer shower, hairdryer, bathroom mirror with integrated magnifying mirror (illuminated) and selected care products. The toilet and bidet are separate

• Linen: bed linen, towels and bathrobes provided.

• Heating and ventilation: underfloor heating and an integrated ventilation system in all rooms.

• Outdoor space: spacious, sunny balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture.

• Accessibility: one apartment is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible. Please mention this in your enquiry if needed.

• Elevator: available.

• Parking: parking space nearby (one garage space per apartment).

• Breakfast: € 20.00 per person per day. Children up to 10 years: € 10.00 per day.

• Intermediate clean: € 50.00.

• Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please let us know your estimated arrival time.

• Check-out: by 10:00 am on the day you leave.

• Pets: dogs are welcome to stay with you in our traditional accommodations. Price: € 15 per pet, per day (food not included). Please note that pets are not permitted in the dining room or the wellness area. We kindly ask you to bring your own pet food and supplies. Please note: Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the new apartments. Other animals upon request.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, including the apartments. Please use the balcony or terrace outside.

• We strive to provide a peaceful environment. Out of respect for your fellow guests, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.

• Single occupancy: The supplement for booking a double room as a single room is € 15 per night.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights (applies only to the new apartments).

• Short stay supplement: For stays of only one night (rooms), we charge a surcharge of € 10 per person.

• Damage: guests are liable for any damage caused by them to the property or its contents.

• You can book your stay by phone, online, through our enquiry form, or by email.

• Deposit: a € 300.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your booking will be fully valid once we receive your deposit. If we do not receive your deposit within 6 days of confirming your booking, your reservation will be cancelled.

• Local tax: please note that the municipality charges a local tax of € 3.00 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the room rate and will be collected at the property upon your arrival.

• Prices may change without notice.

• We cannot accept cash payments over € 4,999.99. Please keep this in mind!

• We accept most major credit cards. If you are unsure, just ask before you book.

According to Italian consumer protection law, there is no right to withdraw from a contract. However, we specify the following cancellation terms in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Code:

Within the last 3 days before arrival: 100 %

From 7 to 3 days before arrival: 70 %

From 20 to 7 days before arrival: 30 %

In case of early departure or delayed arrival, the price for the entire stay will be charged.
